Open Question: Can anyone find this toy?

Last summer I went to a carnival with my daughter, it was canal days in Lockport Illinois. They had a booth, like many other carnival's do where you could win prizes after completion of a game. We won a stuffed train and my daughter loved it. Since then my puppy got to it and destroyed his face. Everyday the stuffing falls out a little more and we try to sew him up but despite our best efforts he still falls apart. I have searched everywhere on the toy and on the internet to try to find a clue on where I can purchase a replica of this toy. The information I can get from the actual toy itself is on a tag that says: Classic Toy Co. INC. 2003 Cleveland ohio made in china suitable for ages 3 and up Reg.No. Ohio15054 PA-9716(CN) MA-1250 That is all of the information on the tag besides washing instructions. click below for a picture of the toy. (of course the face is already ruined by my dog, but you get the idea) If someone finds this toy for me they might as well be a CSI because I have looked everywhere I could think of but man this would make my daughter so happy!
